About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled, creative, and proactive volunteer to lead social media efforts for I'm Going To Be, a nonprofit supporting developmentally disabled adults, economically disadvantaged children, and caregivers. You’ll help raise awareness, build community engagement, and support digital fundraising campaigns through strategic content creation and platform management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and post high-quality content on Instagram and BlueSky

  • Build awareness and engagement through consistent branding and messaging

  • Respond to basic DMs and escalate priority messages to leadership

  • Utilize our Canva Pro account and shared Google Drive assets

  • Coordinate campaign themes aligned with our mission and calendar

  • Track post performance and suggest creative improvements
