About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, creative, and proactive volunteer to lead social media efforts for I'm Going To Be, a nonprofit supporting developmentally disabled adults, economically disadvantaged children, and caregivers. You’ll help raise awareness, build community engagement, and support digital fundraising campaigns through strategic content creation and platform management.
Responsibilities:

Design and post high-quality content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and BlueSky

Build awareness and engagement through consistent branding and messaging

Respond to basic DMs and escalate priority messages to leadership

Utilize our Canva Pro account and shared Google Drive assets

Coordinate campaign themes aligned with our mission and calendar

Track post performance and suggest creative improvements
