Why Project Cornerstone Is Needed

Project Cornerstone was created in response to healthcare access challenges identified throughout Morris County and Northern New Jersey. The 2025 Morris County Community Health Assessment identified Access to Care as the county's top Community Health Improvement Plan priority, highlighting persistent barriers that affect individuals, families, and caregivers seeking timely, coordinated services.
